Yea! 110

Cheryl's blood counts today were: platelets 110 vs. 47 last week (normal is 140 to 440), hemoglobin 11.0 vs 11.4 last week (normal is 12 to 16), white count 6.7 vs. 5.7 last week (normal is 4.0 to 11). Yea, the platelets were up today and Cheryl got her full dose of chemo. She also had a CT scan. We see the doctor next Thursday to discuss the results. Her hemoglobin also continues to be very good for her.

However, Cheryl continues to be very tired and spends a good part of her days sleeping in her chair or in bed. The pain medication does a good job of controlling her pain and she is eating well but it doesn't take much to fill her up. She just doesn't have much energy and can walk only a few feet before needing to sit and rest. She needs twice the level of oxygen (4L) she did a few weeks ago.

She was looking forward to going to Jaden's softball tournament this weekend, but with the cool, rainy weather and her low energy we may have to stay home. Please pray for a good report next week. Thanks for all your support. Ron
